Italiannies

Calamari salad

Roasted chicken (带点辣味)

The bread can ask for more. The oil is olive oil plus balsamic vinegar. Easy to prepare at home. Buy sourdough bread or other bread if you prefer and cut to holdable pieces. On a plate, add 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. If you prefer, add balsamic vinegar 10-30% in to olive oil bottle and store in fridge so you can use anytime you are hungry.

I tried the calamari salad when I was at Italianies, quite good.

Ah Gao, Unbelievable. Your Blog oso got special food expert comment ah....Like cookbook leh....but the problem is hor... there is no such word as "holdable"... I think it should be "bite size" pieces.

Yeah! Unbelieveable, now you got language expert comment also. You will soon have a department of experts. Bite size (bite-size actually) might be too small. If too small, might be considered crouton; that goes in to salads. Somewhere between finger-size and palm-size should be ideal.
